A complete presentation of vineyards and wine, which will take you from the vine plant, through to winemaking and the art of wine tasting, including an introduction to the auxiliary trades directly associated with wine.

If you have a whole day available to devote to visiting the Médoc, we can organise visits to the Grands Crus Classés and Crus Bourgeois with whom we maintain neighbourly relations, with a pause at Château MAUCAILLOU for a traditional Médoc lunch.
